Tepatnya pada tanggal 26 November 2014, grup band asal Jepang yang digawangi Yui ini mengeluarkan album mereka untuk pertama kalinya. Album ini diberi judul 実 Mi (Good Result) yang berarti buah atau jika diterjemahkan secara umum mungkin album ini menggambarkan hasil kerja yang bagus oleh band Flower Flower selama ini, sehingga mereka akhirnya dapat mengeluarkan album pertama mereka.

Album ini hadir dalam dua edisi, yakni Regular Edition (CD saja yang berisi lagu-lagu mereka) dan Limited Edition (CD+DVD yang berisi tur terakhir mereka di Shibuya Club Quattro bulan Oktober 2013 lalu). Namun di dalam DVD tersebut tentunya belum tersedia subtitle bagi kita warga Indonesia yang ingin menyaksikannya.

Album Mi ini terdiri dari 13 track lagu yang disuguhkan dengan begitu baik, yakni :

8. Seki wo Tatsu (席を立つ) -Standing Seat- Flower Flower -Seki wo Tatsu-

9. Hikari (ひかり) -Light- Flower Flower -Hikari-
